We understand the challenges of web based programming and the lack of personal attention and communication that can go along with it. We recognize this and we want to address it!
We’ve integrated an ASSESSMENT component to every athlete who purchases this product to ensure an athlete is READY to perform the program, increasing the level of attention and communication with our remote training athletes!
- Upon purchase, you will receive access to The SOFTBALL Strength Training Manual.
- Athletes will then take video of themselves performing the required movements referred to on page 24.
- You will send the video to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will assess your movements and determine if you need certain exercises to iron out any inefficiencies that we see! Think of this as a personal assessment before you start the program! We want to make sure you are prepared to start your training!
- After our assessment, you will receive a Custom Corrective Exercise Program PDF with a private link to all the exercises that only YOU have access to! You will perform these exercises DAILY for 1-2 weeks (depending on what we see).
- Once you have finished your corrective exercise program, you can start The SOFTBALL Strength Training Manual!
*There is no extra cost for assessments! Once the assessment video has been sent to our email, please allow 3 days for the Custom Corrective Exercise Program to be delivered!
