The main goal of the Strength Training Membership is to maximize each athlete’s genetic potential in a safe and effective manner by providing customized, individual-based programs using various protocols and the most current up-to-date training methods and research available! The program is built on the following framework:

Simply put, we are training the body to move as efficiently as possible in order to withstand the demands of your sport, while providing the body the necessary stimulus for recovery!
Program Details
Assessments
All athletes in the Strength & Conditioning Membership are pre-screened for potential imbalances, mobility inefficiencies or movement dysfunction.
We take Joint Measurements, Assess Strength Values and use the Functional Movement System (FMS), Y-Balance Test and other Special Movement Screenings to evaluate all of our athletes!
We also collect baseline testing data so athletes know their starting point and can work towards realistic goals! These measurements are necessary protocols to help track progress and give us a road map to ensure long-term health of the athlete.

Strength Training Registration Form
1-Day Strength Membership – $125/Month
Athletes will receive 1 Day of training each week
- Initial Assessment for all NEW athletes has an additional cost
- Sessions are 1-2 hours in duration
- School Training Schedule is: Monday-Thursday 3PM-7PM, Friday 3PM-5PM and Saturday 9AM-NOON, open format. Summer hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-1PM.
- Add 1-Day of High Level Throwing for $125/mo.
- 3-Month, 6-Month and 1-Year Commitment Options Available.
- *Membership Prices will increase on September 1, 2019
If you pay in full for the 6-Month or 1-Year Commitment, you receive 10% OFF your membership! 2-Day Strength Membership – $200/Month
Athletes will receive 2 Days of training each week
- Initial Assessment for all NEW athletes has an additional cost
- Sessions are 1-2 hours in duration
- School Training Schedule is: Monday-Thursday 3PM-7PM, Frida 3PM-5PM and Saturday 9AM-NOON, open format. Summer hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-1PM.
- Add 2-Days of High Level Throwing for $200/mo.
- 3-Month, 6-Month and 1-Year Commitment Options Available.

- Includes Outdoor Speed/Agility Sessions
- Includes Strength & Power Development
- Includes Nutritional Guidance and the WS Fuel Handbook
- Training Schedule is: Monday-Friday 9AM-1PM, open format!

Summer Combo Strength & Throwing Membership – $800
- 8-Week Summer Program from June 18th to August 11th.
- Unlimited Training Sessions each week during open hours.
- Sessions are 1-2 hours in duration.
- Includes Nutritional Guidance and the WS Fuel Handbook
- Training Schedule is: Monday-Friday 9AM-1PM, open format!

8-Week Summer Speed Program – $200
8-Week Summer Speed Program from June 18th to August 11th.
- 1-Day of Training each week (8 Total Sessions)
- In-Home Training Program
- Sessions are 1 hours in duration.
- Training Sessions: 12PM-1PM
Once you register and payment has been submitted, we will schedule your assessment and get your training days and times locked in!
Youngblood Training Membership – $160/Month
We only accept 20 Youngblood Athletes for each 3-month block
- Athletes 10-13 years old are eligible
- Athletes will receive 1-Day of training each week
- Sessions are 1.5 hours in duration, 30 minute training blocks
- Strength, Speed, Agility & Throwing Development
- Evening Training schedule is Monday nights 630PM-8PM
- *Membership Prices will increase on September 1, 2019
These 3-Month Programs (12 Total Weeks), occur during the following months:
- September – November (fall)
- December – February (winter)
- March – May (spring)
- June – August (summer)
This means you are locked in to these 12 weeks of training. THERE ARE NO DROP-IN TRAINING SESSIONS ALLOWED. Once you register and payment has been submitted, you will be confirmed in the program! We offer a 10% discount for paying in full for a 3-month or 6-month block!
Softball Pitching Program – $400
7-Week Softball Pitching Program. 2-Days/Week
- Warm-Ups, Strength, Mobility, Velocity Training & Bullpens
- Sessions are 1.5 hours in duration
- Training Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays 6PM-730PM & 730-9PM
- Program Dates: July 8th – August 21st
- Groups of 6 at each time slot
- Instructor Meg Dugas & WS Performance Staff
Winter Combo Training – $800
This program is for High School, College and Professional Baseball and Softball Players looking to train with us during their winter break/off-season before they head back to school or spring training.
- This 8-Week Program runs from December 1st – January 31st.
- Unlimited Training Sessions each week during open hours.
- Have full access to the weight room+ throwing area
- Access to our in-house physical therapist by appointment
- Days and Times are TBD.
