Youth Baseball Strength | KB Front Rack Lunges | Wasserman Strength

April 23, 2019 by Austin Wasserman Leave a Comment

Why did I put a baserunner for an article image cover? The same reason why I have all of my athletes train single leg strength and power development. WE SPEND A LOT OF TIME ON 1-LEG IN SPORTS!

This is true. We spend a lot of time sprinting, jumping, throwing, hitting and changing direction as this all involves single leg strength, power and stability! I love the KB Front Rack Reverse Lunge for single leg strength, stability and creating tension within the body.

The KB Hold also strengthens the rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers! A big bank for your buck exercise! One of our favorites and in almost all of our programming from the youth levels to MLB players!

Perform 2-3 sets of 5-8 reps!
